Regional Growth Centre

Strategic growth areas include urban growth centres, regional growth centres, major transit station areas, and other major opportunities that may include infill, redevelopment, brownfield sites, the expansion or conversion of existing buildings, or greyfields. Regional growth centres shall be focal points for accommodating significant population and employment growth and other activities to achieve higher densities through a broad mix and range of uses.
