Niagara Falls Citizen Issue Reports by Year

This tabular data set contains reports submitted by the public through the City's Citizen Issue Reports app (https://niagarafalls.ca/reportaproblem). The data includes a limited subset of the complaints received by the City from the public. Only reports submitted through the app are included. Complaints received by phone, email, social media, or other contact channels are not included. Each record represents a single report. Attributes include request category, request type, and year of the report.
