NES Perm Int Watercourses

This data has been compiled in support of the development of the new Niagara Official Plan and should be considered DRAFT. The data and associated Natural Environment policies pertaining to its use, are not in effect until the final adoption of the new Plan. Subsequently, this data will be updated on a cyclical basis.

Permanent streams that contain water during all times of the year, and Intermittent streams that contain water or are dry at times of the year that are more or less predictable, generally flowing during wet seasons of the year but not the entire year, and where the water table is above the stream bottom during parts of the year.
