Survey Plan for property 136 TULIPTREE ROAD THOROLD

I am owner of property 136 TULIPTREE ROAD, THOROLD, I am doing modification on my property for that my architect wants to have SURVY PLAN to make site plan. I went to the city office but they directed me to this website. So could you please provide me with SURVEY PLAN for my property or let me know how to get it. Thanks Inderjit Dhillon
