Quality of life ratings across the Living in Niagara reports issued in 2008, 2011 and 2014
The following ratings are based on the opinion of Community Expert Opinion Leaders (CEOLs) who informed the first 3 Living in Niagara reports. The Living in Niagara report is a triennial measure of quality of life in Niagara across 12 Sectors that align with the Social Indicators of Health. It is available at: www.livinginniagarareport.com Community Expert Opinion Leaders (CEOLs) are chosen through a process of triangulation. CEOLs are people with a Niagara-wide view, who know the evidence, and have front-line knowledge of what's going on, now, in the Living in Niagara Sector in which they work. For the Living in Niagara-2011 report, a total of 36 people acted as CEOLs; for the 2014 report, a total of 60 people fulfilled this role.
